About the Role
XTIX is seeking a client-focused and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their success with XTIX’s ticketing solutions while identifying opportunities to grow their accounts. You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships, driving revenue growth, and contributing to XTIX’s expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including event organizers, promoters, and distributors. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Account Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell XTIX’s ticketing solutions, such as analytics tools and marketing services. Develop tailored strategies to help clients maximize ticket sales and optimize their use of the XTIX platform.
Client Success: Ensure clients are fully onboarded and trained on XTIX’s platform. Monitor client performance and provide data-driven insights to help them achieve their goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Provide feedback to the product team to help shape future platform enhancements.
Representation: Represent XTIX at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen client relationships and promote the brand.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in account management, client success, or sales within the events, entertainment, or ticketing industry. Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving account growth.
Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the entertainment and events market, including key players, trends, and challenges.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-first mindset. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
Languages: Fluency in English and the local language is mandatory.
Adaptability: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
