About the Role
XTIX is seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our efforts in securing partnerships with event organizers, concert promoters, and key players in the entertainment industry across Indonesia. This role is central to driving our growth in the region by fostering relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, concert promoters, and other stakeholders within the local entertainment industry.
- Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on festivals, concerts, and large-scale events.
- Sales Execution: Develop and implement strategies to promote XTIX’s ticketing solutions and Global Distribution System (GDS) to target clients.
- Industry Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the Indonesian market and key players to gain a competitive edge in negotiations and partnerships.
- Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the company’s overall growth objectives.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, enhancing the client experience.
- Representation: Act as XTIX’s ambassador at local events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen the company’s presence in the market.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales or business development within the events, entertainment, or ticketing industry in Indonesia.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local market, including key companies, decision-makers, and industry dynamics.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Languages: Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
- Adaptability: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and securing opportunities.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with ticketing platforms, CRM tools, and API-based integrations is a plus.
