Business Development Manager, UK (Ticketing)

Remote, UK-based. First boots on the ground for our UK expansion, working directly with the Founder.

What we do at XTIX

We are a white-label ticketing SaaS designed for venues and promoters who have outgrown basic DIY platforms. We give our clients the heavy-duty infrastructure of a traditional ticketing operator (complex seating maps, dynamic pricing, advanced setups) combined with the flexibility and data ownership of a modern SaaS.

But our core focus is revenue. We don't just process transactions; our platform proactively helps promoters earn more from every event, automatically adjusting prices when demand spikes, or rescuing abandoned carts. We don't sell software; we help organizers earn more from every event.

Who we are looking for

We are starting our UK expansion and need someone who actually knows the local ticketing market from the inside. We are specifically targeting mid-to-large independent venues and promoters who require advanced ticketing services and complex seating configurations (live music, comedy clubs, combat sports, cabaret).

You are a great fit if:

  • You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience in the UK ticketing ecosystem. (If you've worked at places like DICE, Eventbrite, TicketWeb, See Tickets, or local UK platforms, that's exactly what we need).
  • You understand the pain points of promoters with complex setups (multi-tier pricing, interactive seating maps, capacity management) and know how their margins work.
  • You already have a strong, warm network of contacts in the UK live entertainment space that you can tap into.
  • You like being hands-on: prospecting, talking to venue owners, doing product demos, and closing deals.

What you will do:

  • Find, pitch, and close venues and promoters across the UK, acting as our first boots on the ground.
  • Show them how XTIX handles complex ticketing needs while directly increasing their bottom line.
  • Help us adapt our product to the local market (e.g., local acquiring nuances, specific venue requirements).
  • Work directly with the Founder to build the foundation for our UK sales strategy.
