About the Role

XTIX is looking for a Customer Success Manager to provide top-notch support to both fans and event organizers. We communicate exclusively through text-based channels, ensuring fast and efficient service.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist customers by answering their questions within SLA and in line with our tone of voice.
  • Start by handling B2C and B2B inquiries directly, then transition into an AI-supervisor role—monitoring AI-generated responses, stepping in when needed, and refining answers.
  • Gather and share customer feedback with the product and tech teams, collaborating closely with sales and account management to improve our service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 3 years in customer service, ideally in events, entertainment, or ticketing.
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Languages: Fluent in English + one additional language (mandatory).
  • Adaptability: Proactive, self-motivated, and quick to spot opportunities for improvement.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with LLMs, ticketing tools, and Google Spreadsheets.
  • Availability: 40 hours per week, CET timezone (approx. 10:00–19:00, sometimes earlier). Occasional weekend on-call shifts if needed.
