Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about payouts, account setup, and how money moves on XTIX.

Getting paid

Payouts without surprises

How do I get paid?

Two options: standard payouts twice a week after your event takes place, or direct payouts to your own Stripe/Unlimit account as sales happen. Choose the payout option that suits you.

When can I withdraw?

With standard payouts, after your event takes place, on the next scheduled payout day (payouts run twice a week). With a connected Stripe/Unlimit account, immediately, as sales happen.

Can I get paid directly to my own Stripe or Unlimit account?

Yes. If you already have a Stripe or Unlimit account, connect it as a payout option and receive your money directly to your own account, bypassing us entirely. This is the only way to get paid without waiting for the event: ticket revenue goes straight to you as sales happen.

How fast do payouts arrive?

Once a payout is initiated, it usually lands within a few business days, exact timing depends on your payout method and bank.

Is there a minimum withdrawal amount?

No fixed minimum, withdraw what you've earned when you need it.

Which currencies are supported?

XTIX supports 10+ currencies and settles in your preferred currency.

Setting up and selling

From account to first sale

How do I set up my payout account?

In your organizer dashboard, add your bank details or connect your Stripe/Unlimit account as a payout option.

Do I need my own Stripe/Unlimit account to use XTIX?

No. XTIX processes payments for you out of the box. Connecting your own Stripe/Unlimit account is an optional payout method for organizers who already have one.

What do I need to start selling?

Register as an organizer, create your event, add the widget to your site, done. No lengthy onboarding.

How do refunds work?

Refunds follow the organizer's refund policy, which is shown to the buyer at checkout. XTIX processes the refund on the organizer's behalf and handles the fan communication through the Care Center, so the organizer is not left dealing with unhappy buyers alone.

What about taxes and paperwork?

XTIX provides accounts-ready financial exports and compliant billing tools.

Who is responsible for VAT and ticket sales?

The organizer is responsible for ticket sales and VAT on tickets, it's in our Terms. At the end of the month, XTIX issues invoices for our services only, for our commission, depending on the jurisdiction of the organizer's company. Everything else (ticket sales) is not our commission. We are responsible only for providing our service and help with fan communication (Care Center).

Do I own my attendee data?

Yes. You own all attendee data directly in your dashboard. Your fans are yours.
