Growth Assistant

Every weekend, money leaks out of your event. Growth Assistant catches it.

A sales assistant that lives in your messenger

It lives in WhatsApp or Telegram, watches every sale, and hands you the moves that sell more, before the weekend is gone.

Add-on to XTIX ticketing · Sold separately

Every week, revenue walks out the door

Empty seats

Great show, half-empty room, and no clear reason why.

Ad money down the drain

You spend on Facebook and Instagram and can't tell what actually sold a ticket, so you keep overpaying.

Money left on the table

When a show is selling fast, you could earn more, but the price stays flat and the best seats sit empty.

Built into the sales flow

Not another dashboard. A sales assistant that lives in your messenger.

Growth Assistant sits inside your XTIX ticketing core and talks to you on WhatsApp or Telegram. It watches every click through to the sale, spots what is working and what is leaking, and tells you the moves that sell more tickets. You never open another tab.

Scenario 1

Ads: stop paying for empty clicks

"Campaign A is burning budget with zero sales. Campaign B is actively selling out the balcony. Pause Campaign A and reallocate?" You confirm in one click.

Scenario 2

Abandoned cart: recover the customer you already paid for

"A buyer left 2 VIP tickets at checkout. Email on file, so I can nudge them. No email? I build an ad with your poster and chase them on Instagram until they finish." Your own artwork, not a generic reminder.

Scenario 3

Groups: turn one buyer into a table of friends

"Most buyers this week came in pairs. Want me to text them a bring-a-friend code so they fill a table?" Your happiest customers become your sales team.

Your ad engine, built in

It lives inside your ticketing and sees every sale, so it runs your event ads on data a standalone tool or agency never gets.

Every sale tracked and attributed

Ready-made ads for your show

Growth Assistant makes the ad for you, with your event poster, ready to run on Instagram and Facebook. No designer, no waiting.

Facebook actually sees your sales

Every paid ticket goes straight to Meta and Google from our servers, so the sales that browser pixels miss still count. The algorithm learns on real data and your cost per ticket drops.

Cheaper audiences that buy

Your own traffic is a small pool. XTIX finds new buyers using data from across the whole platform, so you reach the right people for less.

Nothing to set up

No Business Manager, no catalogs, no feeds to wire up. It is all built into your XTIX widget and runs itself.

Six jobs, six messages you can act on

It reads your event data around the clock and turns it into concrete jobs, each one landing as a message you can act on.

Live

1. Know exactly what you made overnight

Wake up to a short overnight summary in your messenger: GMV, net platform revenue (customer fees and taxes already stripped out), your real take rate, plus sales pace and fill rate for each event. No spreadsheet required.

Live

2. Catch problems before they cost you

It watches your event data for what costs you money: rising refund rates, stalled and “ghost” carts, promo codes and deals that aren't converting. If something looks off, it flags you before you lose revenue.

Live

3. Know who your best buyers are

A separate audience summary: who bought a batch of VIP at once and if they have been to your shows before, which countries your buyers came from, which segment the event is really landing with. It flags your biggest buyers in the CRM and tells you: "send them a loyalty code on WhatsApp."

Live

4. Charge more when demand is hot

When demand for an event spikes, it doesn't just show the surge. It tells you when to act: "pace is climbing, if it holds, raise the price on the remaining inventory." Maximum revenue on rising demand, without watching charts by hand.

Live

5. Launch a campaign in one message

It doesn't just write text. It executes. VIP tables not selling? Skip the admin panel. Text it: "send a −10% code to everyone who bought VIP to our last three shows." It finds those people in the database and runs the campaign.

Live

6. Turn one buyer into a group

Your happiest customers are your best sales channel. Growth Assistant spots recent buyers and sends them a bring-a-friend offer, so one ticket turns into a group.

Seating maps

Seating maps most platforms can't handle

Complex halls are where the money hides. Growth Assistant sees which VIP tables and boxes are stuck and clears them before the night, on the same real seat map your buyers use.

Sell faster

Create urgency, right in the widget

Live countdowns and low-stock nudges on your event page push people to buy now, not later. Turns on automatically on your event page, no code, no extra tools.

Three steps and it's already in your chat

1

Create your event on XTIX

Set up your event and start selling. Growth Assistant plugs into your sales automatically. Nothing to integrate, it lives inside the platform.

2

It learns your history

It calculates fill rate, sales pace, and your past events as a baseline for comparison.

3

Talk to it and tell it what to do

Growth Assistant works like a colleague you can message. Ask what's going on, talk through your options, and get an actionable solution for your next move. You make the decisions, it does the work.

It doesn't make up numbers

  • If it doesn't have the data, it doesn't guess. It runs a script and finds it.
  • It's built to protect your data. It reads and reports, nothing else.
  • It does nothing to your database or budget on its own. It executes only on your command.

"I used to spend hours manually matching Facebook Ad clicks to actual ticket sales. By the time I realized a campaign wasn't working, my weekend budget was already gone. Now, the XTIX Assistant just pings my phone: 'Campaign A has 400 clicks but zero sales. Pause it?' It saves me hundreds of pounds every weekend before the money is wasted."

Questions organizers ask

Is this another dashboard I won't log into?

No. You already run your events in XTIX. Growth Assistant just talks to you in WhatsApp or Telegram, so there's no extra dashboard to check.

Will it touch my database or message my customers on its own?

No. It only analyzes and suggests. Anything that touches your database runs on your command, with your confirmation.

Will it really tie an ad to a specific ticket sale?

Yes. It tracks the exact UTM tags all the way down to the final ticket purchase, not just the page view. It knows exactly which campaign generated the revenue.

Do I need to sell on XTIX to use Growth Assistant?

Yes. It reads your sales live from inside XTIX. Without XTIX there's no real-time data for it to work with, so it can't run on its own.

What if I sell some tickets on XTIX and some on other platforms?

You can still use it. Two ways to pull everything into one view. Distribute your inventory through XTIX and out to other channels through our API, so every sale flows back to one place, see how distribution works. Or upload your outside sales into XTIX yourself, with their UTM tags, which is more manual but brings external channels into the same reporting.

How does it calculate ad ROI?

Growth Assistant matches your incoming traffic sources with actual sales inside XTIX to calculate real ROI. Just feed it your campaign budget, and it does the math.
